Free Loaner Cars
Loaner Vehicle Program
Appointments for common services are not required, but highly recommended to get your vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time. We do our best to provide FREE loaner cars when ever necessary.
To ensure that a FREE Loaner car is reserved for you when you arrive, please set your appointment either by;
- Phone - one(1) to two(2) business days before the day of intended visit or by
- Internet - two(2) to three(3) business days before the day of intended visit.
Please allow one or two business days for appointment confirmation reply/call from our service department. This will insure that you get appointment time and date you desire.
Loaner vehicles are only available by appointment. We are one of the only Honda dealerships in the Houston area to offer this incentive for all of our customers (you do not have to purchase your vehicle here to qualify for this program). Loaner vehicles are reserved on first come first serve basis and have certain criteria for availability.
