Kelley Blue Book has honored Honda with its “2009 Best Resale Value Award” in the Brand category.
Car and Driver ranked the Pilot the number-one SUV in a comparison test of six crossover SUVs. They went on to compliment its “smooth ride, and were also impressed by its structure, which felt more solid than its competitors”. “It may well land it in the SUV Hall o'Fame."
The 2010 Pilot has received 5-star frontal- and 5-star side-impact crash-test ratings from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
According to USA Today, the Pilot is "pretty close to wonderful."
